Getting support at home is easier than you might think. Here's how the process works.
Support At Home services are available to eligible older Australians (65+) through My Aged Care, and to NDIS participants of any age with relevant supports in their plan.
Register with My Aged Care (1800 200 422) for aged care funding, or contact the NDIS (1800 800 110) to discuss your plan and support needs.
Once approved, you can choose Fambulcare as your registered support provider. We'll work with you to create a personalised support plan.
We'll connect you with a compatible registered provider and support worker, and begin coordinating your services — on your terms, at your pace.
Our services can be funded through NDIS, My Aged Care Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), or privately.
